Mega Sableye Announced for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire

Sableye is the latest Pokémon to get a Mega Evolution.

Introduced in Ruby and Sapphire, Sableye gets a whole new look upon evolving into it's Mega Evolution. What is most interesting is Mega Sableye uses a shield similar to the jewel seen in it's chest, perhaps to raise defense. No word on what typing or ability Sableye obtains upon Mega Evolution.

In other words, it's gonna keep looking that amazing.

The trailer shown earlier today for the upcoming Legend of Zelda game was running in engine.

This is coming from Kotaku, who spoke to a Nintendo representative. It is not pre-rendered footage, but also not coming from the gameplay camera. Whatever it might be, the footage we saw today is what we will be eventually seeing when we get our hands on the title sometime next year.

The long-awaited team-up between two of gaming's most logical heroes is coming soon.

Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is coming to 3DS in North America on August 29. The game was developed in a collaborative effort between Capcom and Level-5, but will be published by Nintendo in North America.

Platinum's Wii U exclusive sequel also comes with Nintendo character themed costumes. UPDATE: The original game appears to be bundled-in only for physical copies.

UPDATE: Nintendo's E3 Game Site for Bayonetta 2 currently states that the original game will be "packed in with the purchase of every retail packaged version of Bayonetta 2." This highly suggests that players who opt to download the sequel will NOT be treated to a free copy of the original game as well.

Devil's Third has been announced for the Wii U, and it's an exclusive for the system.

Developed by famed Ninja Gaiden director Tomonobu Itagaki, the game is a blend of both the melee combat and first-person shooter genres. It is under development by Valhalla Game Studios, the studio Itagaki started when leaving Temco in 2008.

Pokémon Omega Red and Alpha Sapphire Coming November 21 3DS

The recently-announced Pokémon remakes have been given a firm date for their 3DS arrival.

Nintendo announced via its E3 Digital Event that the upcoming Pokémon remakes Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will hit 3DS on November 21.
