Two weeks worth of Amiibo prizes, plus a bonus third Amiibo, give you plenty of chances to win! Congratulations to the winners!

Welcome to Week 7/8 of our Summer of Amiibo giveaway!

Apologies galore for having gone missing last week, but this week we're getting back on track by not only giving away an Amiibo for Week 7 and 8 each at the same time, but also a THIRD bonus Amiibo by way of apology!

This week's prizes: Peach, Pac-Man, and flying in to save the day: Star Fox! You have three chances to win!

This week's contests? A different one for each Amiibo! No need to choose, make sure to enter all three!

To win a Princess Peach Amiibo you will need to answer trivia! Send an e-mail with the subject line "Summer of Amiibo Week 7" to contest@nintendoworldreport.com with the answers to the following questions:

  1. What was Princess Peach called in the rest of the world before her original "Peach" name spread outside of Japan?
  2. Princess Peach made her debut as a playable character in Super Mario Bros. 2 (Super Mario USA in Japan). What was the SECOND game she became a playable character in?
  3. What are the three (non-traditional) weapons that Peach will randomly use in her forward smash in the Smash Bros. series?
  4. When Bowser Jr. kidnapped Peach in Super Mario Sunshine, he claimed that Peach was his...what?

To win the Pac-Man Amiibo you will need to check out the following images, choose one, think up a witty or insightful caption for it, and then post it in the talkback section below via our forums! (Just click on "Add to the discussion!" at the bottom of this page) A winner will be chosen from the entries! (Only one entry per person, if you enter multiple captions only the FIRST caption will be considered for judging. See the example caption entry below.)

I know I'm disqualified because I already won once, but I thought I'd take a stab at the caption contest just for fun:

Inky spent his days staring off into the sea. After Clyde died, nothing was ever the same. No longer did Inky gobble up fruit. The halcyon nights spent with his friends, chasing Pac-Man had become a dull, faded memory. For Inky, there was no joy, nor was their relief from the endless pain of losing his closest friend. He spends his days in despair, only ever climbing out of bed to walk and stare off the dock and into the deep, blue ocean. Each time, he drifts closer and closer to the edge. As he takes his final breath, his body begins to fall forward, and he thinks to himself, "I'll be with you soon."

LON LON MILK MY ASS! You don't go to a ranch to get milk and then stay out until 1 o'clock in the morning! Does that farmer even know you are fucking his little red headed slut? You know what, I don't even care anymore. This gives me an excuse to finally say yes to Ingo. Get your shit and get out, and take that stupid pony with you. Oh, and one more thing, I saw your pretty little cowgirl teaching a kokiri boy "how to ride" the other day, so have fun dealing with THAT tomorrow, jackass!

Pac-Man eyed his opponents, then smiled and threw an awkward wink to the judges. This was it, his moment to shine! If he could hold his composure for a few seconds more, a gold medal from the "Thumbs-Up Special Olympics" would be his!

Image 1.  For heavens sake, it's a caption for image 1.  Obviously I'm not winning a gold in anything at this point.  Keeping my fingers crossed that the font size doesn't get randomly modified AGAIN.

Nice try, but I doubt your sympathy card will work on these cold-hearted judges.  ;D

That's why I rely on brilliant wit and writing.  Oh... wait...  :'(

Thanks for the entries guys! Now, I'm a big fan of brilliant wit and writing, but didn't a spoony bard once say that "brevity is the soul of wit"?

With the ambition of some of these entries I think we may need to have a fan-fiction contest or something!
