Welcome to Week 9 of our Summer of Amiibo giveaway!

Every week we'll run a different contest for a different Amiibo prize. It might be a caption contest. You might need to answer trivia. Or you might need to tune into a podcast for the secret keyword for that week's random drawing! Make sure you check back each week to enter into that week's particular contest, and to get a sneak preview at the Amiibo prizes to come! (Winners of previous weeks of the NWR's Summer of Amiibo event are not eligible for subsequent prizes.)

This week's prize: Mario!

This week's contest? Random drawing requiring the "secret password" to be revealed next Tuesday (August 25) on our NWR Fun Club Presents Mario Mania Live Stream!

Contestants will need listen for the password to be announced during that show, then e-mail the (not-so-secret) phrase to contest@nintendoworldreport.com with the subject line "Summer of Amiibo Week 9" before next the end of next Wednesday. A winner will be selected at random from the qualifying entries!

NWR Fun Club is streaming tonight (August 20) as well, and a little pidgit tells me that they'll be giving away a Villager Amiibo to viewers in a completed unrelated event! That means you actually have two chances to win, tonight through their regular scheduled programming, or next Tuesday by catching the official on-air announcement of this week's Summer of Amiibo password!
