They're cute, they're cuddly... and they'll puncture your skin!
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a product recall of about 7,400 Pokémon plush dolls, keychains and beanbags sold out of the U.S. Pokémon Center in New York.
Apparently, some of the sewing needles used to stitch the cute little critters together managed to make their way into the stuffing, creating a potentially dangerous puncturing hazard, especially when in the hands of young children.
If you purchased a Poké-item from the center in New York or via Pokémon Center Online this year, you may have a potentially dangerous toy on your hands. For more information, you can read all about it on this webpage, or contact Tomy (producers of the toys) for the details.
