This year’s E3 show see presentations by many notable figures from the game industry. Here’s some of what we can look forward to…
E3 will be here before you know it and the show is already shaping up to be great. Along with all the games, an exciting part of the show is getting to see important figures from the industry speak on gaming. This year will be no exception, with several industry greats scheduled to speak at conferences during the show.
Yu Suzuki of Sega’s AM2 and Will Wright of Maxis will discuss the similarities and differences between American and Japanese gaming. Lorne Lanning of Oddworld Inhabitants, Jason Rubin of Naughty Dog and Amusement Vision’s Toshihiro Nagoshi will give a presentation on designing video game characters.
N’Gai Croal of Newsweek, who interviewed Shigeru Miyamoto last year will this year speak with Konami’s Hideo Kojima, best known as producer of Metal Gear Solid. Kojima will discuss his career in game development, what motivates him and where he sees the video game industry heading in the years ahead.
