DSi Four Swords Zelda Coming in September

Nintendo will make the new 4-player Four Swords Zelda available for free.

Early in Nintendo's E3 Press Conference Nintendo revealed a new Zelda game for DSi owners. The title will be a Four Swords Zelda game and feature 4-player cooperative gameplay. Nintendo announced that the game will be released this September, and will be free to download.

I'm a little confused. Is this a new game? Is it a port of the GBA Four Swords that was packed in with Link to the Past? Is it a port of Four Swords Adventures on GCN?

If its DSiWare then yes.
I'm sure this is the GBA one most likely.
