A number of retailers have the Square Enix-developed title listed for release during the first week of February.

Mario Sports Mix might be heading to North America during the first week of February if a number of retailers are correct.

GameStop has it listed for a February 1 release, which is a Tuesday, while Best Buy has it listed for a February 6. In addition, other North American retailers have it listed for the same early February window. A recent Nintendo Power cover story also labeled the game with a February 2011 release.

The game came out in Japan on November 25. It's due out in the United Kingdom on February 4, and the rest of Europe on January 28.

Mario Sports Mix, developed by Square Enix, features Mario and friends in four different sports: volleyball, hockey, dodgeball, and basketball.

I saw this a couple of days ago but hadn't gotten around to mentioning it yet. I guess they're moving it up from the spring 2011 window shown at E3, and from what I've seen and heard of the game, I actually wonder if they rushed it out for the holidays in Japan.

February 6 could be possible, it is a Sunday and Nintendo usually releases their games on Sundays. The game looks alright, I will wait for reviews though.

Well, what else do they even have for Q1 on Wii? Zelda?

does anyone really care? If it had Wii Motion plus support it might be Good, but this is a lazy rush job. Millions of people have motion plus because of Resort or have bought new wiimotes that include the tech built in. This game would make great use of the tech and it makes no sense to why its not supporting it. Mario Sports Mix looks more like an 2007 than something released 2011

Last I checked Zelda is still "TBA 2011". I think Mix will probably be their big Q1 game unless they suddenly announce a game and then release it right after. The 3DS will be the main focus of Nintendo in Q1 of coarse.
