Tantalus' slick GBA racer looks like it could appeal to gamers of all ages.
Kemco's latest game in the Top Gear Rally series is due to reach the Game Boy Advance soon. Developed by Tantalus, it uses their CRIS (Character Render Interactive System) engine, which can create 3-D models on the Game Boy Advance instead of using sprites. Unlike games like Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Top Gear Rally plays more like Mario Kart 64 since players can drive over hills and valleys, make huge leaps, and leave sparks when the car hits the ground.

Additionally, you'll be able to compete against players around the world through the Time Attack mode. Kemco has made a password generator that records your details. You'll be able to input your password on Kemco's Top Gear Rally homepage. Top Gear Rally is out in Japan, and there are already some phenomenal times listed there. Top Gear Rally has ten cars in total, with three already available to the player. There are a total of ten different areas, each with three different tracks, which makes a total of thirty tracks for players to master. You'll be able to race through lonely deserts, sandy beaches, snowy alpine ranges, and you’ll even scale high mountains.
