With their return to publishing in Europe, Sega have renewed contracts with their distributor.

SEGA Europe Ltd Signs Gem for Distribution in UK and Ireland

Gem to handle Independents and Store-front deliveries for Key Multiples

LONDON, UK – May 23, 2003 – SEGA Europe Ltd, today announced an agreement signing Gem Distribution Ltd as SEGA Europe's key distribution partner to bring to market SEGA Europe's games across the UK and Ireland. Previously, Gem Distribution Ltd worked alongside SEGA Europe for the launch of the DreamcastTM.

Gem's responsibilities will include marketing and selling SEGA games to the Independent retail trade as well as selling to multiple retail partners requiring storefront delivery.

Mike Sherlock, Executive Vice President for Sales and Marketing, SEGA Europe Ltd, commented, "Gem proved to be a very valuable partner during SEGA's Dreamcast days, and never complacent in their commitment to SEGA.
