Recently, EA announced that the cover of Grand Slam Tennis will have different players in each region. North America will see John McEnroe, Roger Federer and Serena Williams as their cover athletes. These athletes were chosen for their accomplishments in Grand Slam Tennis singles tournaments. Williams will also be the first female athlete to grace the cover of an EA Sports Simulation title.

Ubisoft announced earlier this week that Rabbids Go Home, an adventure game starring the humorous characters from the Rayman Raving Rabbids series, will be released this holiday season. Wii Video Download Service May Extend to DS

Nintendo President Satoru Iwata says that plans for a video download service for the Wii may also extend to the Nintendo DS.

Vogster Entertainment has announced a new WiiWare title, Robocalypse : Beaver Defense, the follow-up to last year's comedic real-time strategy DS game Robocalypse. Set for a summer release, Beaver Defense is a tower defense-style game that features wise-cracking robots with humorous weaponry and upgradeable skills.
