      A video of the mysterious new GBA game reveals lots of interesting new details.
Metroid: Zero Mission, the newest GBA title in the series, was just announced yesterday in Nintendo's E3 press materials.  Although it is not playable on the show floor, there is a lengthy gameplay movie revealing quite a bit about this surprise sequel.

      After a week of release, all units shipped at launch have been sold. 
Today, Nintendo of Europe had the following to say. 
We are delighted to announce that:
"The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker has sold out across Europe after only 7
days on sale. 500,000 units of the game were shipped in to Europe for launch
and gamers have eagerly snapped up this highly acclaimed GameCube title.

      According to Melbourne's Herald-Sun, not everything is rosy for the Southern Hemisphere branch of Nintendo.
Not all is well in Australia as far as Nintendo is concerned.  In an article in today's Herald-Sun, Nintendo is clearly trailing behind in the next-generation console race.  According to the article, the GameCube has only a six percent market share, with the PlayStation 2 taking the bulk of the sales.  According to the article:

      What went on behind the closed doors at the Nintendo press briefing?  Find out right now!
This year, Nintendo’s press briefing was held in Hollywood, in the ballroom situated above the Kodak Theater (home to this year’s Oscars).  Hundreds of people lined up as the doors swung open and the large room quickly filled.  The conference started up rather quickly as everyone took their seats.

      Get the juice on some of the first Game & Watch-e cards.
Mr. Game & Watch is returning. Nintendo has revealed some of the first Game & Watch-e cards for the e-Reader. The cards will feature not only the classic versions of the games, but also updated remakes staring Mario and friends. The first set of G&W-e cards will include 25 games. Some of these games include Vermin, Spitball Sparky, Octopus, and Fire. Look for more information about Game & Watch-e as E3 progresses.

      Wario World will link up with your GBA.  Read this to find out how.
Nintendo's E3 catalog has revealed some new information about some connectivity avaliable in Wario World. Players with Wario World will be able to download sample minigames from Wario Ware, Inc: Mega Microgame$ to their Game Boy Advance. These minigames will be unlocked as players advance in Wario World. We'll have more information on this story as E3 continues.

      Nintendo Puzzle Collection, the compilation disc that includes Dr. Mario, Panel de Pon, and Yoshi's Cookie, is heading to the United States.  Check here for details on the US version.
In what may come as a surprise and relief for Panel de Pon fans, the US version of Nintendo Puzzle Collection will contain the original Panel de Pon, and not a new version of Pokemon Puzzle League or Tetris Attack.

      We get a look at Capcom's "Pre-Viewtiful Joe" with this wacky and wonderful side-scrolling fighter.
We attended Capcom's Producer Day Monday morning and got the full low-down on Viewtiful Joe.  We also were treated to a substantial demonstration of the gameplay which we're sharing a bit of with you here today.  The visual style of this game simply does not come across well in still screens; seeing the game in action is a must.
