Resident Evil No Longer Exclusive?

So says a Japanese Newspaper. Is it true? PGC has the details.

Earlier today in Japan, Nikkei Sangyo Shimbun reported that Capcom is reconsidering its strategy on the GameCube platform. One of the reasons cited was that Biohazard (known as Resident Evil outside of Japan) did not perform well overseas as expected.

Famitsu Scores Ahoy!

According to Famitsu, the GBA SP and GB Player sold approximately 98 000 units and 100 000 units apiece from March 17th to the 23rd.

Driver 3 Release Changed

Those waiting to hit the streets in the third installment of the Driver series are going to have to wait a little longer.

Atari and Reflections Interactive (an Infogrames studio) announced today that the release date for Driver 3, the highly anticipated third installment of the smash hit Driver franchise, has been moved to Spring 2004. The game was previously slated for release during the 2003 Holiday season.

Which Pokemon gets the honor?

The Pokemon Centers in Japan have announced a new Special Edition Pokemon Center GBA SP, to celebrate their 5 year anniversary.

The Pokemon “Torchic” gets the nod as the first Pokemon to be emblazoned on a Game Boy Advance SP. The metallic orange 5th Anniversary GBA SP goes on sale on April 11th at Pokemon Centers in Japan, and online through their website for the regular GBA SP price of 12,500 yen.
