Wii Sales Cross 10 Million Mark in Japan Wii

The little white box has tightened its grip on the Japanese market.

Nintendo has sold their ten millionth Wii in Japan, according to Enterbrain (via Kotaku). The Famitsu publisher has released figures showing that Wii sales in the territory standing at 10,009,736. The system has been on store shelves for 170 weeks..

Tokyo Game Show Sets 2010 Date

Mega Man 10 DLC Revealed Wii

Kick up the Bass, and prep for some downloadable content.

Nintendo has revealed the additional downloadable content available for purchase in Mega Man 10.

The content, which will be released this April, is to feature "Bass Mode", which presumably allows the player to play as Bass, Mega Man's rival. Bass Mode will cost 200 Wii Points ($2) and will be released on April 5.

DS2 Might Get Announced At E3 DS

Nintendo's next handheld is drastically more powerful, and dev kits are in the wild.

Paon Announces Aqua Living for WiiWare

Nintendo and Paon partner to bring another virtual aquarium to the WiiWare service.

My Aquarium is one of the best-selling WiiWare games to date and it’s rather surprising that other developers haven’t tried jumping on the bandwagon and releasing knock-offs of Hudson’s successful virtual aquarium program. All that’s about to change come next week as Nintendo and developer Paon have teamed up to release Aqua Living: The FIsh You Can Watch On Your TV.
