Midway is working hard on the latest installment of MK, known as Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance. There hasn’t been too much information on the game as of yet, but that is about to change. Midway is teaming up with GameSpot to unleash “Fatality Fridays” which will reveal all sorts of info about the newest MK game.

Midway has just unleashed a brand new wallpaper which shows off the brand new logo. You can get the new wallpaper here.

Along with some new faces, Deadly Alliance will include eight characters from previous Mortal Kombats: Scorpion, Subzero, Raiden, Jax, Sonya, Reptile, Shang Tsung, and Quan Chi. Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance’s story will revolve around Quan Chi and Shang Tsung's quest to gain immortality. It is likely that their partnership is where the game gets its name, and we’ve just added new artwork to the art section of the game profile of these two.
