As jokingly predicted by Colin in these impressions, there will be a Planet of the Apes Advance.
Ubi Soft has entered a worldwide deal with Fox Interactive and Visiware to create games based around the original Planet of the Apes novel, which will also include elements from the classic Planet of the Apes film franchise. The first release will be an action/adventure title for PC later this month, to be followed by Game Boy Advance and Game Boy Color versions of the game in November. Details on the type of game the GBA incarnation will be have not surfaced yet.
