Nintendo announces a U.S. launch of November 2000 for the Game Boy Advance.

Just when we thought Nintendo wouldn't and couldn't release some more great news comes this. According to the company they are planning to release the Game Boy Advance in the US in November with an approximate 1 million units for the fiscal year. This will follow Nintendo's plans to release the GBA in their homeland Japan this August. This comes as great news and some possible evidence that Nintendo could release the Dolphin by the end of 2000. This is what GameSpot had to say....

Nintendo of America announced on Thursday that the next-generation version of its Game Boy platform will be releasing in the US in November of this year. The Japanese version of the system will release in August.

According to today's Nintendo announcement, the company plans to release 1 million Game Boy Advance systems in this 2001 fiscal year. More details will come in the weeks ahead.
