And I'll hug it and squeeze it and love it to bits.

Yoshi's Woolly World is coming to 3DS, and it's bringing the cutest puppy ever for the ride.

Originally released on Wii U in 2015, the 3DS version - known as Poochy and Yoshi's Woolly World - will feature all of the Wii U game's levels and exclusive levels. There are unlockable Poochy Pups who help locate hidden items, as well as exclusive Poochy levels. The game will also include 30 animated shorts from the stop-motion animation studio Dwarf.

The game and Yarn Poochy amiibo, as well as a bundle, will release on February 3 in Europe and North America.

Poochy looks so adorable!

We've come full circle. Wii U is the new Vita.

It doesn't sound like the additional content is going to make the game substantially different from the Wii U version, but I'm glad people who don't have a Wii U will be able to play this game. Hopefully they're able to retain a lot of the visual charm of the Wii U version.

Yarn Poochy amiibo? Heck yes.

Man, this is a tough choice. I was waiting for YWW Wii U to drop in price and it has. The game looks great in HD. However, now I could get in 3D with some new levels but even more enticingly, 30 quick little stop motion yarn videos. It's like how F-Zero GX had little videos for all the drivers your could unlock. They may not have been anything special but it was a nice touch. Decisions, decisions.

I wish I had waited for this version. I've only played about 2 worlds of the Wii U game and now I want to just wait for this one. But the double-dip is hard to justify, really.

Those will probably end up on YouTube.

I feel like this game could be tougher to play on a smaller screen. You also may not be able to play the co-op, if this version still has it.

I want that Poochy amiibo
