Plus a brief maintenance before it goes live.
Splatoon's next update will patch a couple of holes and provide some fixes to edge cases.
The update will launch tomorrow night at the traditional time, and the key feature will be fixes to Arowana Mall and Camp Triggerfish to resolve movement glitches. The camera action when lifting Rollers will be rolled back to pre-2.0 settings, Splash Walls will be fixed to prevent point-blank bombing, and Tower Control issues that erroneously awarded ties will be resolved. Some connection errors, notably 104-2230 errors, are expected to be fixed with the update.
The update will require 597MB of space to install, and will be preceeded by maintenance in the hour prior to the update rollout.
