The Germany office will now be consolidated with the office in Frankfurt.
Nintendo of Europe is closing its headquarters in Großostheim, Germany, and will instead be run out of the Frankfurt office.
The cost-cutting move has left 130 without jobs, according to Eurogamer. In a statement provided to the site, Nintendo of Europe said that the move was to allow more flexibility within the video game business.
"The measures include the consolidation of the current European headquarters in Großostheim to Frankfurt, the closure of the warehouse and office in Großostheim, as well as outsourcing and reorganizing some functions," they further reiterated.
No word if other offices will be affected by these cutbacks.
