I'm very excited to have this game digitally on my 3DS. Between this, Monster Hunter 3G, and Animal Crossing, my 3DS gaming pallete is gonna be comfortably full.

You and I are downloading the same 3 digital games!  The kinds of games I want to have on my system at all times.  Fire emblem because of all of the DLC.

Why would you both SPECIFICALLY state that you are "downloading" these games "digitally"? Are they not going to be available on a physical cart?

And PAL gets it three months later.

Ugh.

2/4/2013--can't wait.

Been far to long for an proper FE game (last one was Shadow Dragon which was an remake).  I think I'm still going get an physical copy though--for my collection--I own all of the (US) FE series.

I have gone spoiler free for this long, I intend to keep it that way.

Despite having a date I still can't pre-order on Amazon!

These are the type of games that I would want on the system proper because I will be invariably playing these for a long long time. As such, I don't want to have to switch carts or carry around multiple physical games when I know that I want to spend time on each one almost daily.

They will be released as physical carts, but these are a must in digital form for me.
