Europeans can choose between white and yellow this Christmas.

Two new Nintendo 3DS XL limited edition colours will be on sale soon across Europe.

The first of the two White 3DS XL bundles launches November 7, and includes Mario Kart 7 installed on the system's internal memory. The second White bundle launches November 30 and comes with Super Mario 3D Land installed.

Finally, on December 7, a special edition Pikachu XL will be available. This variation of the system is yellow and features an image of Pikachu on the top of the system.

Get ready for a white (or yellow) Christmas as Nintendo brings a new limited edition Nintendo 3DS XL White and a limited edition Nintendo 3DS XL Pikachu Yellow console as the ultimate Christmas gifts this festive season.

For any Mario lover, the two Nintendo 3DS XL White consoles will be at the top of your Christmas wishlist. Whether you prefer traditional platforming action or fast-paced, arcade-style racing, the choice is yours, as you can pick from either having Mario Kart 7 or Super Mario 3D Land pre-installed on your system.

The limited edition Nintendo 3DS XL White pre-installed with Mario Kart 7 is available in stores from 16th November onwards while the limited edition Nintendo 3DS XL White pre-installed with Super Mario 3D Land becomes available in stores from 30th November onwards.

The colourful offerings don’t stop there as from 7th December onwards Pokémon fans can also get their hands on a special limited edition Nintendo 3DS XL in yellow which features an image of Pikachu on the system.

All three consoles will only be available in limited quantities, so if you’re a Mario or Pokemon fan, make sure you don’t miss out!

What is it with Nintendo putting Pikachu on their systems? Why don't they just give me a dark orange Metroid one? Sure, only about 5 people would buy it but I'd be one of them.

Seriously, though. I, uh, I really want a white 3DS XL in NA so I can ask for one at my next gift-receiving occasion. ... or green. I'd take something in a Luigi-green.

Give me a bundle with NSMB2, NoE.

I miss my lost 3ds. I had NSMB2 on it digitally and want to finish it.

A dozen of 3ds carts are not gonna play themselves.

Still, it was good for my backlog, Wii became my main gaming machine so far. Also it helps that lineup of upcoming 3ds games isn't really good, so i can hold off buying new XL for now.
