Nintendo to Distribute Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition in Europe

Nintendo will be responsible for sales, distribution, and marketing in Europe and Australia. 

Nintendo and Capcom have signed a distribution agreement for Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition on the Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo will handle sales, marketing, and distribution of the launch title, which is due for release on March 25 for Europe. The distribution agreement additionally covers Australia. Capcom remains as the publisher of the game.

One difference in Nintendo-distributed games for Wii and DS is that they are eligible for Club Nintendo Stars, and the box includes a card with a redemption code.

Recent games under a similar arrangement include Monster Hunter Tri, Ghost Trick, and Okamiden.

Nintendo Signs Distribution Deal with Capcom for Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition in Europe

Nintendo and Capcom which is a leading worldwide developer and publisher of games today confirmed that they have entered into a distribution agreement for upcoming game Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition to be made available on the new handheld system- Nintendo 3DS which allows 3D gaming without the need for special glasses.

Under the terms of the agreement Nintendo will be responsible for the sales, marketing and distribution of the game throughout European territories & Australia, with Capcom remaining as publisher. Capcom will remain as the distributor in the Middle East. Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition will be part of the stunning launch window line up for the Nintendo 3DS when the system launches across Europe on 25th March 2011.

That's all well and good, so uh... when will there be a Tekken game for the 3DS huh? I very much prefer Tekken over Street Fighter.

I wish they would do that here. I plan to get the game anyways, but I would love to earn Coins for it.
