NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits Arrives on WiiWare Next Monday

After a European release last month, NyxQuest will finally be available in North America next week.

Over the Top Games has confirmed through the game's official site that NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits will finally see its North American release next Monday.

The game was released in Europe on June 19 at 1000 Nintendo Points ($10) and is expected to be at the same price in North America.

Did I miss something? I thought it was called Icaran: Kindred Spirits? Or is that just the PAL name?

That's the European title.

OK. I was worried they changed it for fear of legal issues because of Kid Icarus and thought how rediculous that would have been because Icarus is not a name owned by Nintendo. Icarus was a Greek myth character who used wax and feathers to fly.

They changed it due to legal pressure from some Spanish dev who owns the trademark on "Ikariam".
