Name the tunes and win a DVD box set of classic Nintendo cartoons courtesy of Shout! Factory.

You could pout about how GeneralTraag has claimed Captain N as his prize, but shouldn't you be polishing up on your trivia skills so you have a chance of winning one of the three remaining box sets next time?

Remember wishing you could actually be in the game like Captain N? And who could forget the classic line, "Excuuuse me, Princess"? Before Charles Martinet, millions of viewers saw the personalities of Mario's crew, and even gaming icons such as Mega Man and Simon Belmont, realized on the small screen. Shout! Factory has compiled box sets, including special features, of these late 80s/early 90s TV shows, and now is your chance to win a collection of these classic cartoons.

Just show up in the chatroom at 7:30PM PT on Friday, load up the radio stream, and give your hosts, TYP and me, your best music guesses. The winner will get to pick his or her choice of DVD set from the following four options:

And be sure to follow the rules! See you on Friday!

Thanks go out to Shout! Factory for providing this week's prize.

I will blunder towards Victory for Captain N.

I totally want this prize. Too bad I can't win it.

You totally should postpone it an hour. I have an exam Friday night until 10:30 EST.

10:30 ET = 7:30 PT, so just run back and join us. It usually takes a few minutes to get going, and you could still win after missing the first game.

EDIT: No more silly CT? Sweet.

I'll do my best. Stall for time!

Edit: Just because NWR changed time zones doesn't mean that I'll get there an earlier. Cut me some slack TYP! face-icon-small-frown.gif

Double Edit: I didn't really care about the two points at first, I just wanted to make sure someone else didn't get the points, attributing to a miscount, and possibly an incorrect winner. Later it turned into principle.
