Meteos

A hybrid of space shooters and Tetris, Meteos is a new puzzle game for the Nintendo DS designed by Masahiro Sakurai, the creator of Kirby, and produced by Tetsuya Mizuguchi, who created Rez for the PlayStation 2. The object of the game is to blast meteor pieces that are raining down onto the planet back into space using the stylus.
