Just remember, it has to be a game found on a Nintendo system in North America (unless we say otherwise)!

4/5, with game 3 being the thing that stumped me and... I don't think I would have gotten game 2 without playing the magic of the Radio Trivia Meta Game. actually, 3/5 because I feel like I kinda cheated. Actually, the points don't matter anyway so 4/5, but I will explain how I 'cheated'

Front Mission: Gun Hazard is a game I had never heard of before Google came to my rescue, so I suppose I did sorta cheat. I had played the DS port of Front Mission, and I recognize that distinct Square flavor to the SNES instrumentation. I didn't necessarily recognize the tracks from Front Mission though, so I decided to seach and see if there was other SNES Front Mission games.

it's always awesome to hear the gravely and dulset tones of Mr. Leahy and his well-researched manner unto which he speaks of gaming.

Oh, Greg Leahy, your silky voice brings bad such happy memories.

Also, Bowser's Inside Story came out right before I went to London in...2009? I bought it specifically for the trip. I met Greg there at a pub. I had run out of poundage and he bought me a coke. Swell guy all around.

It was great to hear from Greg again!

Great episode.

I had a feeling I knew what game #1 was, but for some reason I thought Theatrhythm had been on a prior episode. The game doesn't appeal to me too much because I enjoy music from games I've actually played, and a bunch of the Final fantasy games are not even on Nintendo consoles.

Of course, I wouldn't have been able to guess game #2 considering it's not an American release, but wow, that is an amazing Super Famicom soundtrack!

I own game #3 but I wasn't able to identify it! I guess I just didn't remember the music all that much, but yeah, it did have a Wave Race Blue Storm sound to it (which I do own the soundtrack CD for). Avalanche was a pretty cool GameCube game.

I was able to guess game #4 even though I haven't played Dream Team. You guys were right about being able to identify the series even if you haven't played this particular game!

And I definitely knew what game #5 was. Although, honestly, it's not one of my favorite Metroid soundtracks. But I did enjoy the game very much.
