Miyamoto puts his own personal spin on Namco's vintage arcade title.

Miyamoto unveiled his version of Namco’s classic Pac-Man at the Nintendo press conference today. In Miyamoto’s version, one player controls Pac-Man on his Game Boy Advance. This player sees the entire maze in the classic Pac-Man view. The other three players control the ghosts. In this version of the game, there are only 3 ghosts as opposed to the usual 4. The ghost players can only see a small portion of the maze in their section of the television screen. The three of them will have to work together in order to catch Pac-Man. Pac-Man, on the other hand, must try his hardest to eat all of the Pac-dots and Power Pellets, along with fruits for bonus points. If and when one of the ghosts eats Pac-Man, the player controlling the ghost scores, and the Game Boy Advance is passed to him so he can play as Pac-Man. Then, the other 3 players continue to chase him. When Pac-Man clears the maze, the game advances to the next maze.
