Grip Seal Advance

by Max Lake - March 12, 2001, 5:10 am EST

When games get intense, it's sometimes easy to loose your grip. Hori's "handy" Grip Seal Advance will help gamers hold tight to their GBAs.

Some of the most engaging video games can have you at the edge of your seat. However, frantic gaming moments can sometimes result in sweaty palms - the bane of any gamer - and cause you to lose your grip. With the Game Boy Advance, this may not be a problem, thanks to Hori's "Grip Seal Advance"

The Grip Seal Advance is equipped by sticking it to GBA's backside, which provides a sturdier grip, preventing users' fingers from slipping during those vital points. This device is probably best designed for clumsy people or those who get easily excited & drop their handhelds. Hori's handgrip will ensure that Nintendophiles can keep a firm grip on the tiny console, no matter what the situation. Hori will release the Grip Seal Advance on March 21st alongside the GBA. The Grip Seal Advance will be priced at at 500 yen (roughly $5 U.S.) and be available in all three launch colors. Whether or not Hori release this outside of Japan is unknown.
