New Zealand developer Stickmen Studios will be soaring to new magical heights with their first WiiWare title Dragon Master Spell Caster.

The game's story takes place in a magical world called Nakiha. Mankind has returned to the Dragon Lords, and Unga the mighty Dragon Lord of the Earth, Kullwraith the wild Dragon Lord of Storm, Susinuo the irresistible Dragon Lord of Water, and Pyrozian the ferocious Dragon Lord of Fire have been set loose upon the world of men.

The story follows four playable champions: Jen Comu, a female ice magician; Elziath, a 450-year-old resurrected to battle the evils that plague the world; Muru Moko, a man that has both light and dark spirits within him; and Vourak, a demon lord of an ancient order of knights.

Players select their dragon and their champion and set out to defeat their rival in airborne dragon combat. Elements of strategy include using your rival's magic against them by transforming the nature of their spells. Players will use the Wii's motion-sensing controls to master their dragon's powers and battle their way to victory.

There are two main modes in Dragon Master Spell Caster. First is the story mode where players can learn to master the basics of spell-casting and dragon battles. Successful completion of the levels will yield new spells for use in the levels and new story segments that tell the story of your character and their dragon.

The other mode is a two player multiplayer mode where, via split-screen battles, players compete in intense battles, each with their own weaknesses and strengths.
