After thorough testing with numerous PS2s and TVs we’ve pinpointed the actual issue. If you ordered the PGC DVD, and you’re planning on watching it on a PS2, READ THIS!

It appears that if your PS2 is hooked up to any direct-view television, there’s no problem.
If you have a really big rear projection television, HDTV or not, you will see the
problem. Everyone we know who has these televisions also have a “real” DVD player,
and as we said before - with every other DVD player no matter what TV you have the
disc is flawless. So the only people this effects are people with a HUGE home theater
and only a PS2 for a DVD player. If you fall into this category, please rethink your
hobby. A $65 DVD player from Radio Shack will look better than what you have now.
For the rest of us though, rest assured that your DVD will play fine on your PS2. It was
an unfortunate coincidence that 2 of our staffers had these big-ass TVs and tested them
on their PS2s. We were trying to be overly-cautious to our readers and ended up creating
a panic for nothing.
