EDISON, N.J.--(BW SportsWire)--May 7, 2002-- Majesco, one of the fastest-growing publishers of interactive entertainment software, today announced David Beckham Soccer for the Xbox(TM) video game system from Microsoft, PlayStation® game console, and Nintendo Game Boy® Advance and Game Boy® Color systems. Developed in conjunction with international soccer superstar David Beckham, David Beckham Soccer is being created by UK-based Rage Software and is scheduled for release in time for the World Cup(TM) 2002.

In Training Mode, players hone their skills before taking on real opponents with a series of tests devised by David Beckham, including corner shots, shooting, passing and free kicks.

Exciting features of David Beckham Soccer include:

- Fluid, motion-captured player animations;


- Season Mode - play five full seasons that combine Domestic League, Cup and European Cup action;


- Three Arcade Modes including "Beat Brazil" and "Classic Match";
