Dolby Labs released a list highlighting the best selling games on each platform that incorporated Dolby sound technology into their games. Here is the list of GameCube games:

• Luigi's Mansion (Nintendo, Dolby Surround)

• Star Wars: Rogue Squadron II (Lucasarts,

  Dolby Surround Pro Logic II)

• Wave Race: Blue Storm (Nintendo, Dolby Surround)

• Madden NFL 2002 (Electronic Arts, Dolby Surround)

• Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (Activision, Dolby Surround)

• Super Monkey Ball (Sega, Dolby Surround)

• All-Star Baseball 2002 (Acclaim, Dolby Surround)

• Batman Vengeance (Dolby Surround)

Dolby's Dennis Staats, Director of Computer and Games Technology Marketing, says "Traditionally the focus of video games has been on graphics; this is changing now, as consumers are hooking up their game consoles to their surround systems and experiencing gaming audio in a whole new way."

Along with these eight GameCube games, eight Xbox games and five PS2 games were also mentioned in the release.
