Moreso than even his previous glowing articles, this new write-up by our buddy Steven Kent shows wisdom lightyears beyond the drivel the rest of the mainstream press has been spewing. While much of the article really deals with the PS2 (and not all in a negative light), the central message of the piece is absolutely worthwhile.

While he has some good things to say about GameCube this isn't an open and shut case by any means... and Kent actually suggests the impossible, that people may be best off taking a wait and see attitude? Someone in the mainstream press excercising a cautious attitude? It couldn't be.

Be sure to go and read this fine piece of journalism... now if we could only clone Mr. Kent and get a few more functioning brains out there in the press corps.
