An artist from Famitsu has drawn up a conception sketch of the Game Boy Advance. Check it out!

If you haven't seen it yet, IGN Pocket put up an artist's from Famitsu's conception of the GBA, and it is one crazy looking hand held. Complete with a camera and microphone on top, the things looks really cool, but not very practical. When I showed this picture to my friend, he said the GBA is going to be the most fun he's ever had playing with himself. At which point I laughed at him and called him a liar.

Last week we posted a rendition of the Game Boy Advance, mocked-up by Dengeki Nintendo 64. Today, we post the artist's conception of the Game Boy Advance system as thought up by Weekly Famitsu, another Japanese gaming magazine. Again, this is not the system – just an artist's conception.

This model is a bit more ambitious in design. It, too, is based on the specs offered by Nintendo upon the system's announcement more than a month ago. This version is a bit more ambitious and arty than the one put together by Dengeki. Personally, I think it's a bit too styled to be a mass-market handheld system. Is it utilitarian enough? Or is it just cool looking? You be the judge.
