I have no idea why we missed this one, but The Magic Box had some really interesting words last week from the Chairman of Nintendo of Japan. If this is true or not, or what source got this information, I am not sure. Just clarifying that so you don't think we are like one of those other Nintendo sites. ;) But if this is true...the Dolphin is set to release in the winter of 2000...in Japan. What does this exactly mean? More speculation for us! Read on!

The chairman of Nintendo of Japan said the next generation Nintendo machine Dolphin will be launch in the Christmas time of 2000, and most likely there won't be further delay for the launch (otherwise Dolphin may end up like the N64 in Japan), he also mentioned that the retail price of Dolphin will be lower than the price of Playstation 2, the price be affordable by typical customers.
