Today, FGN Online broke the news of an intriguing new racing game being developed by Curly Monsters. The working title of the game is "Neon" and is described as a "racing-beat-'em-up" game. The setting is futuristic, graphics are intense and featured power-ups are allegedly similiar to R-Type. Wow. FGN's got the full description, but are "sworn to secrecy" as far as which next-gen platforms Neon will appear on. Could Game Cube be among them? (What suckas wouldn't wanna develop games for GC?)

Featuring a heavily developed, comic-book inspired cast, Neon sounds a lot like Road Rash meets Wipeout & that's one mean combo. So far, sounds cool, so let's hope Neon decides to cruise down Nintendo lane.
