The Cybernetic Evil Man speaks.

The new May issue of Forbes magazine includes an interview with Nintendo president Hiroshi Yamauchi (whom they funnily enough referred to as "crusty"). The article covered mostly Nintendo's next-generation plans, which includes both Game Boy Advance and Dolphin. "Gameboys will be used to surf the Net, download games and music, trade, visit virtual worlds and more," Yamauchi says. "We will be offering entirely new ways to play." The recent delay of the handheld was because of the continued popularity of the current Game Boy system according to Yamauchi. With Forbes replying that factors would be too difficult to switch over to the new product in regards to the current market.

On the other hand, Dolphin (with the name 'Dolphin' not uses in the feature) will offer a "three-dimensional high-definition version of Pokémon and some other novelties that Yamauchi dares not disclose yet." MCV points out that the article seems to have been misled by Nintendo. Yamauchi "continues to insist" that Nintendo games are family-oriented, limiting its audience to under-18s, the Forbes piece states. This meaning that all the mature games released or currently in development for a Nintendo system must have been overlooked.

Regarding son-in-law Minoru Arakawa, president of Nintendo of America, supposed take-over of NCL Yamauchi stated: "I will still be around a year from now."
