With Splatoon 2 just a couple of weeks away and its Direct hitting an hour after press time, there's a bit of a rush to get Switch software out before we all become squids / kids in a couple of weeks. For instance, North America has four brand new Switch titles this week including Implosion: Never Lose Hope (check our YouTube page for video), Bulb Boy, and lamb solitaire title Shephy.

There's a couple of older games hitting all territories this week - Kirby's blowing out another part of Planet Robobot on the 3DS, while Metal Slug 2 fills in a gap in the Arcade Archives. And Ubisoft is attempting to strike while the Rabbid iron is above 0 degrees Kelvin by releasing the original Rayman: Raving Rabbids as a downloadable Wii game for Wii U in North America and Europe.

Europe gets the title previously known as Battle Sports Mekkuru, though they call it Flip Wars now. Japan has a solid Switch lineup, and a cat herding game.
