Is it hot in here, or is it just this week's main Switch game?
A last-minute GoNNER delay means that this week's big Switch title is familiar to Wii U owners - ergo, it's brand new. Shantae: Half-Genie Hero makes a quick move up, bringing the bouncy platformer action back to the realm of Nintendo systems capable of portable play. Matt reviewed the Wii U version and noted series fan Zach also discussed the game earlier this year.
It's a light week otherwise, other than the 3DS becoming the home for mistakes in North America. In the retro realm, the Switch gets another squad of Shock Troopers while the Wii U gets two more TG-16 games because Konami don't care. Alien Crush and Neutopia II are the new additions.
Europe gets Shantae, Shock Troopers, and a TG-16 game in Blazing Lazers (sic), while also getting a very late air traffic control simulator. Japan finishes their collection of the Tomorrow Corporation's hits with Human Resource Machine.
