W-w-w-wing damage

The big games of the week in both territories are of course, hot out of the Lylat System. Star Fox Zero (and Star Fox Guard) land in your nearest eShop tonight, bringing the classic shooter franchise into HD and camera work. Check out Neal’s Zero and John’s Guard reviews for more details. I’m currently in the thick of the other retail release of the week, Aksys’s Langrisser Re:Incarnation –TENSEI- (and that is a mouthful), so look for impressions shortly.

On the smaller front, the Pinball Arcade shell is now on the Wii U, but we’re still looking for details on what optional tables are coming along for the ride. The Virtual Console adds Mario Party DS in the interest of containing the pain of 50 turn Mario Party to a single person, and Pocket Card Jockey has a hot demo.

Europe is getting its fox on as well this week, plus has Langrisser as well in the Year of the 3DS RPG (though they don’t have the physical option). There’s also a couple of Mario Party games if you feel like torturing your friends – but try and restrain yourself from doing so.

If I buy Mario Party DS on Wii U can you play multiplayer?
Who wants to play single player Mario Party?
I can't believe they didn't give us a different Mario Party (like 2)

I am shocked we still don't have Star Fox 64. I thought for sure we would have gotten it before Zero was released.

No DS games on Wii U support multiplayer.
