Run, don't walk, to pick up the bow.

It's pretty obvious what the big deal is going into PAX weekend - Runbow! The nine player indie runner launches today and will be the first game to pay off the Nindies @ Home program for North America. If you grabbed the demo the week of E3, you can get in even cheaper. Of course, Neal Ronaghan's 250th NWR review has the details.

On the Virtual Console front, Hardcore August concludes with the ESRB coming through again: Both Sin and Punishment and Sin and Punishment Star Successor will hit the service today, as we wonder what the import upgrade price is. Both Wii U and 3DS also pick up Natsume/Arc System Works collaborations: Gotcha Racing as the lone 3DS game of the day, and Brave Tank Hero crosses from 3DS to Wii U.

Europe has a big catchup week on the Nindie scene - Life of Pixel and Stone Shire both crossed the Atlantic this week. Oh, and they actually get a couple of retail games - one of which might actually be worth buying. The other one... no. Just no.
