Pop some popcorn and get ready for some animated Pikmin action.
Shigeru Miyamoto's three Pikmin shorts are now available on the Nintendo eShop on both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
These shorts are being called Pikmin Short Movies 3D, on 3DS, and Pikmin Short Movies HD, on Wii U. The pack of three costs $4.99 on each platform. The short movies also include the original storyboards that Miyamoto created in Flipnote Studio.
A demo version of Pikmin 3 is also now available on the Wii U eShop. A player's progress in the demo can be carried over to the full game.
This information was announced during Wednesday's Nintendo Direct.
