Gamers in Japan can complete the sports collection in early summer on Wii U.

Wii Sports Club Baseball and Boxing are both coming to the Wii U eShop in Japan on June 26.

While gamers can opt to try out each game for 24 hours for 200 yen, Nintendo is offering a special pass for both titles that will be available for 1,000 yen, the price for each of the previous titles in the Wii Sports Club series.

There is currently no word as to when Baseball or Boxing will be released outside of Japan but judging from past Wii Sports Club releases, it should be around the same time.

It amazes me that they haven't already released these and added on new sports to Wii Sports club.  This seems like it should be a bigger feature of the Wii U  instead of an afterthought.

These should have all been done and released at launch for half the price they are currently charging, but as a single all inclusive game. They should be releasing the sport expansions right now, not the remade game in single sport doses.

Table Tennis, Volleyball, badminton, cricket, bocce ball, basketball (w/ 3pt shoot out and horse), Soccer (uses balance board & wiimote+), ring toss/horse shoe & frisbee golf

those are the expansions we should/could be contemplating right now. Not the same games we got for free w/ our Wii purchase 8years ago, only with online play and Miiiverse support at a premium price.

I hope they don't waste time showing this at E3, if a new wii sports thats fine .

I hope a two wiimotion plus boxing is included, that could work. Boxing itself is broken.

I wonder if that original wii u trailer of catching the ball with the gamepad or something more advanced for baseball
