Ninja Bread Man! ;)

Sweet Sweet Canyon looks like a stage based on Sugar Rush from Wreck-It-Ralph.

Toad Harbor does a good job of evoking San Francisco. So now it's F-Zero + Mario Kart + San Francisco rush, so hype increasing.

Nintendo UK today posted a picture of Bone Dry Dunes. (Well, for them, now it's yesterday, but us North/South/Central Americans are still on the 7th of March.) It was already a confirmed track, but I don't think we had the name officially yet.

Toad Harbor was my favorite track from the E3 demo, and it's still one of my faves. I love street/city courses in racing games, whether it be Mario Kart, Diddy Kong Racing, Gran Turismo, whatever. The hills, the different paths, the streetcars, the bright and cheery visuals... *swoons*
