Two limited edition 3DS XL units and the special edition The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (Zelda no Densetsu: Kamigami no Triforce 2) 3DS XL are headed to Japan. The two limited edition 3DS XL units come in either orange and black or turquoise and black and are set to release on November 28 for 19,900 yen. Both come with an AC Adapter and special color themed 3DS XL pouch. The Zelda set comes with The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and a special gold and black themed 3DS XL. The set will retail for 22,800 yen and be released on December 26, the release date for the game in Japan.

This November, Japan will see five different 3DS special editions, with two XL units being released for One Piece Unlimited World R, the two aforementioned 3DS XL units and an original model blue 3DS with a Monster Hunter 4 theme.

Yes! I want that Orange!

So why is it most of them are black in the inside? Does it have something to do with the 3D? Are any of them a solid color throughout?

The Zelda one is gold on the inside.
