Daigasso Band Brothers P on the 3DS is set to release in Japan by the end of the year. More details on the title were finally given in the latest Nintendo Direct.

Satoru Iwata stated that the various songs in the game will each have their own instrument sets. The new Band Brothers game will feature 72 instruments, much more than the previous games. You can now also put yourself in the game and become a Vocaloid singer, which we saw a demo of during the presentation.

The reasoning behind the P in the title is for the words Producer and Professional, which will get more explanation at a later date.
