New Super Smash Bros. in development!

Most pointless game announcement ever. "We're working on stuff and/or things. Stay tuned."

It makes me wonder how far into development the games are. Since nothing was shown, I highly doubt that the game will be ready for the new system's launch.

Adrock, I disagree. Not only is this announcing the fist portable Smash game, but it also says that it will connect with the Wii U version. Pretty exciting.

That says almost nothing though. How does it connect? Metroid Prime and Metroid Fusion connected and unlocked the Fusion suit and the original Metroid. Neat, but unspectacular. Nintendo had nothing to show and until they do, it's pointless to bring up.
