Adventure Island II Heading to European Virtual Console

Adventure Island II arrives on the Virtual Console service this Friday.

Adventure Island II will be arriving across Europe this coming Friday for the Wii's Virtual Console for 500 Nintendo Points.

Adventure Island II was originally released for the NES in 1991. The game has been available on the Japanese Virtual Console since late last year.

No release info has been given for North America.

I still have my NES copy of this. It was one of my favorite games as a kid.

I remember playing this when I was younger, but I never owned it. If it comes here, I'd be tempted to download it.
