The watery puzzle game will be revealed at PAX next week.

Nintendo's official website has been updated with a game page for Fluidity, a "water action" title for WiiWare.

The description says the game combines a realistic water physics engine with puzzle gameplay. Liquid water, ice, and clouds will be used for solving puzzles within chapters of an illustrated magical book, called Aquaticus. Further in the game, power-ups and enemies appear, adding complexity to the game mechanics. No screenshots, pricing, or a release date have been made available so far.

The game will debut next week during PAX at Nintendo's booth.

Talkback

Sounds cool so far! Nintendo doesn't publish WiiWare games often, but most of the non-Pokemon ones are worth checking out.

19 WiiWare games (including the Club Nintendo-exclusive ones).

It sounds interesting, I wonder who is developing it (most of their WiiWare games have either been developed by other studios or co-developed with them. Only 8 of their 19 games were down without other studios).

I'll be at PAX all three days. Would you like any impressions, or will a staff member be attending?

Sounds oddly like Pixel Junk Shooter...

Also it's funny, because this is the name I suggested Q name Pixel Junk Shooter back when they were having that contest.

Spoooky.

Don't tease me like that. The PS3 has a great library of exclusives, but PixelJunk Shooter is still my favorite game for the system.
