Spike to publish Sega's ultra-gory Wii title in Japan.

While Sega has released MadWorld in North America and Europe, the publisher has yet to release the title in Japan. Famitsu has revealed that Spike will be publishing the game in Japan.

A copyright notice on the Famitsu source reveals that Sega still owns the rights to the franchise. MadWorld will be rated Cero Z (the equivalent of the ESRB's AO rating), and will be released in Japan this winter.

Does a Cero Z rating mean the blood will be intact? or will they change the blood to black?

Will most likely mean that blood will be intact the only games to get a Cero Z is stuff like GTA (even the DS one!), Gears of War and Dead Rising (360).

So wait... Madworld will be left INTACT, heart fatalities and all?

Then why did they make such a big deal over No More Heroes' showcase of blood to the point where it had to be edited?

because it was the p.c. thing to do at the time.
